As a qualified SOMA Breath instructor and 20 years of lived experience, I offer a calm, safe space to slow down, breathe and reconnect. Through conscious breathing and gentle techniques, I support you in releasing emotional blocks, calming the nervous system and activating your body’s natural ability to heal.
